Multihull Pioneers To Be Honored at The WoodenBoat Show
Brooklin, Maine — A dinner honoring multi-hull pioneers will take place Saturday, June 28th during the 17th annual WoodenBoat Show, held at Mystic Seaport, Mystic Connecticut. Produced by WoodenBoat Magazine, the list of honorees includes, Barry Choy, Jim Brown, Meade Gougeon, Walter Greene, John Marples, Dick Newick and James Wharram, all men who have played an integral part in the evolution of current-day catamarans and tri-marans. Each of these innovators will speak on their design and building philosophies. Several of their boats will be on display for all to enjoy. Limited tickets are still available. A traditional shoreside barbeque will follow the presentations.

WoodenBoat Show Returns to Mystic Seaport Museum in June 2008
BROOKLIN, ME—The staff of WoodenBoat Magazine is pleased to announce the return of The WoodenBoat Show to Mystic Seaport, Mystic, Connecticut. Show dates are June 27-29, 2008. WoodenBoat Show Returns to Mystic Seaport Museum in June 2008
Due to the overwhelming success of the June 2007 WoodenBoat Show held at Mystic Seaport, Mystic, CT, WoodenBoat Magazine recently announced that the 17th annual WoodenBoat Show is officially scheduled to return to Mystic Seaport in 2008. Show dates are June 27-29, 2008. Verified show attendance for the 2007 event exceeded 13,000 wooden boat enthusiasts and marine history buffs in just three days.
